Spinach

Spinach has good levels of iron. Iron plays a central role in the function of red blood cells which help in transporting oxygen around the body. Spinach has also some levels of carotenoids (beta carotene, lutein and zeaxanthin), it is believed to have anti-inflammatory and anti-cancerous properties.

Tomatoes

This delicious vegetable contain lycopene. Lycopene is believed to protect the skin against harmful UV rays, prevent certain cancers. Tomatoes do also contain high amounts of potassium, fiber and vitamin C.

Skyr

Broccoli

Broccoli is also believed to prevent cancer like tomatoes. It is an excellent source of vitamin K, vitamin C, chromium and folate. Broccoli is also a good source of magnesium, zink and selenium.

Salmon

Salmon is an excellent source of omega 3 and protein. It is also a good source of Thiamin, Niacin, Vitamin B6 and Phosphorus, and a very good source of Protein, Vitamin B12 and Selenium.
