A foolproof delicious homemade protein pancakes. Nothing says weekend more than a stack of protein pancakes with syrup, honing or just plain old butter.
We are talking about,
- 3 bananas
- Dash of egg whites
- Protein powder by your own choose ( I like whey protein from Now)
Mix it all together in a bowl and then add some oatmeal and cinnamon after your taste. I like to add some raisins also to the recipe.
Heat your pan over low heat and brush it with butter. Cook the pancakes on both sides until they are ready.
