Grilled Salmon with lemon pepper

Salmon truly belongs in the group of “super foods”. It´s packed with nutrition, rich in protein, omega-3 fat acids, and vitamin D.

I like to add little bit of lemon pepper over the salmon before it is grilled. If the salmon is frozen I like to put the lemon pepper over the salmon and keep it in the fridge until it thaws. Keep the temperature low and be aware not to over cook the salmon. If salmon is over cooked it will get dry and loose some of his natural fat. Enjoy with a handful of salad and for those who like lemon, squeeze half a lemon over your dish.
